El, and I thought I start my new blog by sharing with you one of my favorite pieces by one of my favorite composers, the Lark Ascending by Ralph Vaughn Williams. My favorite piece by him is the Partita for orchestra but its so rarely played, I couldn't find a youtube video for it. The violinsit, is the dutch Janine Jansen (I've only heard her play with the BBC).
